  • 1 Sound operator to be present at load in, all techs, run thrus, performance and strike
  • Good sounding stereo plus 2 CD Players with auto stop and time displays
  • 2 stage monitors for performers,
  • 3 Headsets for PSM, running crew SR & SL, sound, lights

Properties

  • One roll of masking tape
  • Other properties may be required depending on rep

Wardrobe & Hospitality

  • At least two dressing rooms for 9 performers with make-up tables, dressing tables, mirrors, and backstage access to bathroom and shower with hot water
  • 1 wardrobe person for 3 hours on the first day of tech and 2 hour before every show and dress rehearsal for repairs and to do laundry and ironing
  • An iron, steamer, washer, dryer and laundry soap should be provided
  • Paper towels
  • Towels
  • Bottled water
  • Fruit, snacks, yogurt and juices for rehearsals and light lunch
  • Hot and cold showers

Depending on venue and rep Delfos Danza Contemporanea tours with:

General

 

  • A rehearsal space for rehearsal and warming up is needed during 3 hours every day during the engagement. Schedule to be confirmed with venue.
  • Rehearsal space for company class 1 ½ to 3 hours a day provided by presenter
